Do You Use T-Mobile?

Hey there, readers! I recently found out that my lovely cell company, SunCom, was bought out by T-Mobile. I am sad, because I was really enjoying my plan, but I am powerless to do anything about it.

So, if you have T-Mobile, do you like it? What kind of a plan is a good one? Do they have good phones? (I am a Nokia fan -- does anyone else out there HATE Motorola phones??) Does T-Mobile have good customer service? What have you heard?

I can't really ask anyone here in town, because T-Mobile just arrived. They are a new company in the Carolinas.

If you know anything about T-Mobile, please share! Or, if you LOVE your cell phone company, please tell me why. I might switch, if T-Mobile sucks. Thanks! Have a great weekend, everyone!

While it isn't T-Mobile, we just went through this with our cell phone company: AT&T bought them out. With AT&T, I'm happy with the selection of phones and the coverage, however I am REALLY upset with the plans. I don't use the amount of minutes they give me--and I never have. There just isn't a small enough plan for someone like me: I want a small amount of talk minutes, text messaging, and internet access, all for a reasonable amount. Not happening. I am now paying the same for my ONE phone with AT&T as I used to pay for a two-phone plan. (My husband went on a pay-as-you-go plan.) I wish you luck!

I have T-Mobile. It's a biggie here in Kansas City. It's been a decent service. I think I've had it ... oh, 2 years? Maybe 4. Honestly, I can't recall. I do like their favs plans, where you get to pick 5 people that you can make unlimited calls to, and you can change that 5 every month. So, that seriously, for me, cuts down on the amount of minutes I use. I have only had maybe 1 or 2 experiences with customer service, and they have been decent. I've had much worse. I have a sidekick, so I use their web service for that, which I find really cool. All in all, I can't complain.

Hey, I heard that T-Mobile has very good customer service. I just switched from Sprint to T-Mobile to be on the Husband's plan, and also because I hated Sprint. So far it's been I highly recommend it!

thanks for the feedback, guys! so far, so good with T-Mobile, although I haven't gotten my first bill yet, and i still don't know what plan i'm on!
